Did an online order to use a coupon in the store at 7:45. Didn’t leave until 8:30. They watched me sit in there and wait that whole time and didn’t grab the ticket once and cleared two separate lines that formed before even thinking of the online order. Then they finally grab it and literally I gave word for word instructions and they made both sandwiches completely opposite to what was on the paper. The sandwich was soggy, not even cut and disgusting. The workers were moving in slow motion as if peoples time didn’t matter. This was on 3/6 incase the manager wants to speak with them. The guy seemed stoned and incompetent. In addition they had 2 bread options??? I’ve been here at other times and had a great experience but tonight was rough. I’ll give it 4 stars because of the other times but this individual day was a 1 star for sure.

This subway is good when the right people are at work i can in today and it was only TWO WORKERS one was cleaning and one was in the front doing the sandwiches. When i was building my sandwiches they low on inventory like my mom had to go to the store just to get her toppings to put on her sandwich . This is absolutely sad, yall have to do better subway.

Not sure what the service is like. 1 hour before closing, their parking lot was pitch black, all of their outside lights were out, and half the lights of their letters were out. They were open , but it didn’t feel very safe.

I have experienced rudeness and ignorance at this specific Subway, the man making the sandwich was insulting and didn't care. He must of been the one in charge because the other person followed suit. Please review your camera footage from 3pm today. I'll wait.

Came in today to get a foot long sub the male worker didn’t greet me with a positive attitude was rude in taking my order keep acting like he was aggravated the whole time I’m placing my order. I will not be back bad customer service

Ordered online two premium subsOne Philly Cheese and one meatball for curbside pickup ar the 3000 N Market store. The app showed order ready at 6 pm. Arrived at 6:08 and used the I Here icon on App. Two young men were working with walkin customers so I waited about 10 minutes for my order to be brought to my car. Finally called store to see why the delay. I got the impression that they had not even looked at the order by their answer. Five minutes later one of the men came to the car to tell me that they were out of meatballs. We compromised on using chicken in place of meatballs.They brought the sandwiches out about 5 minutes later and I brought the order home. When I opened the subs the other (Philly cheesesteak) was something I did not recognize and definitely not what I wanted.At that point I gave up and ate the food.No apologies from the staff for the delays. Last time I use that location.

Walked in to get sandwich and said hello to the 2 guys working who simply turned and looked at me like I had 10 heads and said nothing in return. Got my sandwich and left, shaking my head. Gotta love "customer service" in 2022. Got home and the supposedly automatically TOASTED sandwich (advertised as such) was NOT toasted... the extra meat and avocado that is paid EXTRA to have added to the sandwich was NOT there. There was actually ZERO avocado. Tired of being ripped off. The ONLY way you're gonna get a sandwich you want is to sit there and watch them make it. Forget the app and ordering ahead. Will I return to this location? Absolutely not. It was the second and last time... Maybe try getting workers who know how to smile and greet customers and who follow directions on orders?
