Our caravan of four suvs with close to 20 folks pulled in at lunchtime. The sandwich artist was hard at working with the already full line.Ty..the SA never let a sign of worry show. He greeted each of us and made our meals as if we were each the only one there. As our crew made it through the line the doors continuously opened with many more customers filing into the line. Ty never once showed any agitation or sense of being overwhelmed. When asked he stated someone had called out but there's was relief otw. I have worked in the food industry for over 35 years and rarely have I ever seen an employee exhibit the level of professionalism as Ty did today and I hope that Subway acknowledges the awesome employee I had the pleasure of meeting today. And the entire restaurant including the restrooms was clean and well stocked!!Thank you Ty we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this location.

Coupon was for 17.99 they claim it’s not working. And made me pay 41.00 dollars rip off bad business. The owner did this over the phone!! Must be losing money cause you didn’t honor the coupon!!

They have a major issue here , lady that gave me my food was cussing talking about stupid people , she looked like a crack head , I was afraid to eat sandwich they all are moping around looking sick something bad wrong at this location I won’t be back.

They were short on staff, like all workplaces. The two people I saw were working like crazy. My sandwich was great and exactly as ordered.They were so busy doing in person and online orders that the drive thru wasn't being manned. I pulled to the window & placed my order. All ended well.Thanks to the young red-headed guy who made my tuna sub. Perfection!

Hard as a rock bread, the worst Subway in Shreveport. Same experience every time with hard, left over bread and cookies from the day before. Ellerbe Road has the freshest everything and very nice employees
