Today Ms. Dana the manager remade my sandwich and it was delicious she is a very sweet and understanding and caring person she tries to make all of her customers happy thank you so much it was so delicious I really enjoyed

i went in there to get a ham sandwich and they didn't have any ham prepped or whatever but one of my other friends were in the back of the line and said as soon as i walked out it took 20 seconds to replace the ham for a different customer.

First time visiting this location picking up lunch and have to say I love it. Friendly, respectful staff, orders correct, atmosphere mellow, service was fast. Kudos to those workers for maintaining the Subway standard.

I don't know what it is these days-- 2022-- about fast food places and messing orders up all the time... I'm just over it though. This place isn't any different. You order a Buy 1, Get 1 50% off (foot-long, mind you) and drive 20 minutes round trip to get it-- high gas prices to boot!!-- Thanks, Biden!-- and you get a 12 inch and a 6 inch sandwich. Bread not toasted either. TOASTED is in all caps on the ticket. Lady apologizes and says if we come back we can get a 12-inch sandwich re-made and a free cookie for our trouble. Sigh... Husband drives back and gets the sandwich (not made how requested because they couldn't find original order ) and no cookie given. LOL Other times, "TOASTED" is flat out ignored... It's just frustrating, that's all.

Not usually the person to complain this is a health hazard. Sub was good but I got halfway through my drink and an unpleasant surprise ended up in my drink. I’m positive that it was black mold from the pop machines. As someone who has worked in this industry, it is not okay and staff members should be cleaning the pop nozzles as well as the machines well every night but obviously wasn’t done. I wouldn’t drink the soda from this location. So nasty and disappointing. Do better Subway.

Hello everyone,my name is Dana I am the new manager for Subway at this location. I just wanted to jump on here and say. I really do hope people give a try. I am working with my crew to insure they are trained well and at your service. Y'all matter to us and we appreciate y'all as individuals. We want to provide you great service and make you feel apart of your experience. We do have a drive- thru and it's open till 8pm as for our lobby is open till 9pm. Please bare with the training as I personally want to insure my customers are getting the best service. If you have any questions please feel free to come see me/ or call me. Like I said please bear with the new services coming to you, one more thing we do take phone orders,online,lobby and drive -thru.
