I ordered a pick-up order and the cookie I ordered wasn't in the bag. When I came back to get it, the worker basically accused me of lying. No apologies, just telling me I was wrong. Next time I will definitely open it up and check every item in front of them before I leave the store.

i would give 0 stars if i could. placed a mobile order for two sandwiches, both toasted and one to have mayo and mustard. i pickup my order and go home. open it up and they put an ungodly amount of RANCH and mustard and literally TWO slices of turkey and neither sandwiches were toasted. absolutely terrible. whoever made my order should be fired. reading an order is not hard. how can you mistake mayo for ranch and then put so much that it’s extremely messy. there was so much that i had to use a napkin to wipe off my sandwich.

Ordered online at 3:00. Said it would be ready by 3:20. Got there at 3:15 .. printed it out then & said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Came back to pick up & still was not ready & they started making it then after I asked if it was ready. It was for 4 sandwiches ( pretty simple)Finally got my order at 3:55. They were not busy !! Sat 5/20/23Customer service was not great… very weak apology. Will not be back at this location!!!

Waited 30 minutes for curbside, tried calling the store and did not have anyone pick up, then walked in and found my meal just sitting on a rack. Toasted subs are now cold. It was not very busy and I wish they had taken a minute to bring the order out since they offer curbside.EDIT: originally gave 2/5 stars, but I just got home and there are problems with my order. In addition to being cold, the bacon I paid 2 dollars extra for is not even on my sandwich, nor are the veggies I actually asked for.
