This is the second visit where I was less than satisfied. The owner or lady that is there daily was less than friendly twice. I tried a dish that I did not like at all. The owner/lady refused to let me exchange it or take it off my ticket. I wanted something of less value. She did not have the decency to tell me her self. She had the waitress come tell me and her response dead she’s worried that if she does it for me she will have to do it for everyone. I’m not everyone and that has NOTHING to do with me. Need less to say, I won’t be patronizing with Sushi Bistro anymore.

Very disappointed by the food here. We were told our food was taking a minute because it needed to be microwaved. We ordered sashimi and the center was hard and frozen. I really wanted to like this place and read great reviews. I understand as a small business owner that getting fresh fish is not simple but at least thaw the fish before serving. The owner was there and didn’t bother to address the issue directly to us. I felt she should have come to our table to directly apologize for the frozen fish. By no means was I expecting a fancy meal but for $100 I was expecting sushi that was of quality and not store bought materials. I hope they improve their business model and perfect their food before serving it out

This place is very convenient, and the food is generally good. However, the to-go service has really gone downhill. We ordered 20 minutes before we went to pick up, then waited another 25 minutes. Before I left, I asked to make sure the entire order was there, only to have to go back for something they forgot. We spend about $150/mo there. They need more and competent help.

Nice little spot but they don't serve much in terms of actual sushi. You will see tons of "crab sticks" and California type rolls but not a lot of fresh sushi at all. Our meal tasted good but I knew in my heart I'd see it again because of the sushi-ish mixture of products, and did via vomiting everything up about an hour later. I wanted it to be great but it was just ok. Service was good.

Nope. This is not good sushi. The nori is too fishy and the tuna was chewy. Super weird texture. The dipping soy sauce was too heavy and off in flavor. Ordered the spicy tuna and crawfish roll and I couldn't finish them. The kids bento box teriyaki was mediocre... very bland. The miso soup was fine. The best thing about this place was the nice server, she was kind and attentive.
We had the duck rolls along with our sushi. The duck was some of the best I have ever had!

The food is very good! The servers are nice, but tend to stay way from your table. Which would be good for privacy but not so much when you need something. It's a very beautiful restaurant, pretty music, perfect amount of lighting. My only complaint is extremely slow service, sushi is typically one of the quickest meals, and to wait hours is disappointing. There were only two other tables. The price is great for what they offer. I think it's perfect for the amount of food and flavor you get. It's 100% a get what you pay for restaurant. The cheaper meals are smaller and/or a little more bland. The higher priced meals are more flavorful and coke with more pieces. :) Overall, a decent experience. Bonus points for (from what I gathered) fresh food!
