Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru to get it. When i got my food part of it wasn’t there, and they refused to give me what i paid for. And then told me to “get the hell out of the drive thru.” And said they didnt have time to deal with me. Then I called to complain and they cussed me, hung up on me, and when i called back they had turned their phone off. Absolutely ridiculous but typical for Shreveport I suppose lol.
