They decided to stop serving the drive thru because they didn't want to and as a disabled veteran i could barely walk in to get my "mobile order" in the pouring rain, and they gave attitude when i drove up to the drive thru to simply pick up my online order, and "couldn't help" replace my drink that was watered down. Overcooked food, poor service. Thankfully don't have to go there anymore.

Never experienced this before-no one answering at the drive thru after several attempts to get service. They obviously had a problem and could not keep up with the orders. The wait time in the drive thru was a joke.

Just left there and the internet is down. The employees weren't frustrated and were very attentive and polite. We parked, placed a mobile order and the lady at the speaker and Marquez at the window were amazing! 10/10. I go here a lot during different times of the day and this shift has to be my favorite of the employees.

What a joke! I really believe these people are trying to put as little portions as they can possibly get away with. No more. Prices up and portions down….We will be choosing a steakhouse next time. These fast food restaurants are going to be losing business

Ordered breakfast for me and my family. Asked for two bacon crunchwraps with Extra Sauce. We got absolutely no sauce on either one (I can see on the receipt that extra sauce was specified). Asked for large drinks with the meal and was handed mediums. I tookthem as that wasn’t a big deal, but it was definitely irritating when I got home to see the orders were messed up as well.

I ordered a crispy chicken cantina and went inside to pick it up. The picture shows that there's about 2 pieces of chicken on one side of the taco and it wasn't fresh either. I went to the counter to ask to get another one made and was told that that's how they're made with an attitude. The customer service made the experience worse.

The food was great, but could have been greater if I did not have to go through a semi-long conversation over a coupon, A TACO BELL coupon. My taste for taco bell went from 100 to 85. But the supervisor solved the coupon mystery (?), and was nice & professional about it. After a LONG DAY of work, I was able to semi-enjoy my taco combo :-)

My experience is that they typically start working on the order when you show up and ask for it.Vegetarian options: The refried beans are vegetarian.
