I used to work for tcby in Plano Texas it was my 1st job and my cousin got hired and my mom died to she was the cake decorated . White chocolate moose was my fav. flavor of all.

Think it was an off day for the ice cream. It tasted freezer burnt and had little ice crystals in it. Usually love this place though!

No longer living in Shreveport, I wasn't aware this store was still open. My niece got her first job there and loves it and talks about it daily. She loves Mrs. Terry. Visiting the city, I decided to do a sneak visit. Of course, my niece was working. I ordered the cookies and cream yogurt with extra oreos, and for the little one with me, she had cookie dough yogurt with gummy worms. The yogurt was delicious. As we sat to enjoy our yogurt, I watched the three employees there, work fast and efficiently at the counter and in the drive-thru. Everyone working seemed to enjoy their jobs, which makes a difference. Although my niece will be off to college soon, when I visit Shreveport again, I'll definitely return. Good job, TCBY!

I just wasn't impressed. The service was excellent! However, the cost was too high and just not that tasty. I've had better from the mall.
Let me start with my family and I had the Best Experience at this location! The nicest women served us, they were absolutely the sweetest! The frozen yogurt was delicious. The kids loved it and loved being able to pick their very own dessert! Thank you for making it such an excellent family outing.

Strawberry ice cream was okay, not worth $5.77 for a size small cup by any means! Service was not great. Maybe next time you want to say, "Come on people" hurrying someone along, do so with your microphone off. Especially after giving us less than 20 seconds to look at the menu.
