I wanted to love it, I always order an appetizer or side before ordering a big dinner so I can gauge the kitchen. This time I ordered a cup of gumbo, It was almost sour tasting. Not the best gumbo I've ever had, It was very busy though and people are waiting to get in. I might give it another shot. I don't know....

Great little hidden gem. Google told me to come here otherwise I never would have stopped. You have to pay for parking on the street with the meter but that’s the only negative. They have been around forever and have some great food. I got the mushroom chicken sandwich and it came out hot and very fresh. It seemed to have a very steady crowd during lunch time. I would stop here again.

Just wanted to share about my positive experience here in April 4th. This was the first place where I had a date with my significant other. The blind tiger does not make reservations usually. I called ahead and asked if they could reserve a particular table so my girlfriend and I could re-enact our first date near our one year anniversary. Not only did they reserve the table but they took the time to place a small bouquet of flowers on our table. Unreasonable hospitality came to mind... The food was delicious, hot and served in a very timely manner. The service as previously mentioned was top notch. Many thanks!

5 stars on every level. Great food, staff, atmosphere. Made a day trip down from Hot Springs to go to the aquarium, eat and hike. This was the highlight of that trip no doubt. Kids were asking to make the 6 hour round trip the next day just for the Voodoo Chicken and Voodoo Shrimp.

Yummy Cajun food! Boudin balls were out of the world! We ordered Seafood gumbo, Shrimp Etouffee and Blackened Tilapia. All of them were excellent with excellent service! Ice Tea was also very good. Very highly recommended.Parking is a bit challenging. So, you will have to park a few blocks away and walk here but it is worth it since there are only about 5 metered parking spots next to the restaurant.Parking: Parking is a bit challenging. I had the cajun sampler and every bit of if was amazing. The best seafood gumbo I've ever ate! Took 15 minutes from the time we sat down until we had our food. The service was excellent!

Charming corner pub in the heart of downtown Shreveport...great selection of beers and cocktails, served by a friendly and hospitable staff! We didn't eat here, only drinks, but the menu is definitely packed with a variety of great sounding options!

The most amazing Cajun food I’ve ever had!!! I went twice this weekend and got the Blackened catfish and the blackened shrimp. Also tried the Red beans and rice and they were absolutely amazing…. Going to need another trip to Louisiana so I can visit The Blind Tiger again!!!Dietary restrictions: Excellent Gluten Free options!!!! Ask for the gluten free menu.
