I'm really not sure what to think. I've watched this waffle House change Crew 4 or 5 times in the last 6 years. First I noticed all my food on the same plate,hmmm ok. The food was as expected until!! That crunch in my eggs☹️! Yep shells. I know sometimes that sausage will have like a little sour smell, but this day was a little stronger, maybe My mind is playing tricks on me ?

I have been eating at the Bert Kouns WH for several years now. There is not another WH that I would go to because of the service I receive. The staff is top notch and they serve really good food.Kid-friendliness: All of the staff do their best to make your visit enjoyable.

Because it's exactly what it always is, and it's exactly what you expect.The waitress did a good job and took care of me, and I can't complain.Me myself I like easy hash browns scattered well with cheese and ham with baconThen I'll let my waitress know when to put on my waffle,because I like it last and hot.Mmmmmm good, I'll be back.

This place needs to be shut down, the service is herendous, waited 17 minutes and never got my drink order. I was the only patron in the whole place at 4 pm? The waitress just kept looking at me, once I stood up to leave she said I'll be right with you. I told her if the rest of this circus is as slow as you are, I will be late for work next Monday waiting on her!!! Its the 3rd time I have had a horrible experience at this location. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE FOR SURE!!!!

Were told on a call in order that she wouldn't make the food until we arrived. Upon arrival, the young cashier says "oh you had a call in order." The bigger older one says, "nawwww, I'm about to make theirs now."The other order never arrived before we left....What's the point of calling ahead if you're picking and choosing ??She was more concerned with the 4 top full of questionable characters anyhow...Won't be back to this one

My diet is specific, but the restaurant we hoped for was 40 minute wait! The family was hungry. These are tiny lil restaurants for sure, but the staff are friendly and everyone got what they needed and most likely at significant savings over the broken egg! I can't attest to all the food but everything we ordered, there were zero complaints!Parking: Enough!Kid-friendliness: Highchair seating and friendly staff.
