My favorite Wendy's is on airline drive in Bossier City, but today I was working on North Shreveport, so stopped by the Wendy's on the corner of Hearne and N. Market. This has to be the best Wendy's in Shreveport! Was greeted with a pleasant good morning, took my order, nothin special, just the " 2 for 3", got to the window and paid and was politely alerted that my taters were not ready, so was ask could I pull fwd, she would be right out, within a minute she was there, fresh food and a complimentary OJ for my time waiting. Wendy's has some of the most considerate, polite, and attentive employees, I hope you'll try them out and say Good Morning, I'm sure you'll be treated well!!

I was told at the drive thru at 2:30pm that it would be 10 min because "they were in shift change". Absolutely unacceptable.

Tried to walk in to order and they said that no one was behind the counter and I would need to go around to the window. Wendy’s website says they are open till 1am, I was trying to order at 8:30pm. They also informed me that the frosty machine wasn’t working so it was a wasted visit.

We ate here the night we arrived in Shreveport. It wasn't busy which made me wonder about the food. The chili was fresh and really good. We had a sweet girl wait on us.

My food was gross! I got a regular burger because I was in a hurry and needed something to eat. The bottom bread was so hard and had a stale taste. The fries were cold, but at least my sprite tasted like it was supposed to. The girl at the window was on her phone. When I looked through the drive thru window, it looked like there was water all over the floor. I do not recommend this place at all! There are a ton of other places along this strip to eat......don't waste your time here.

October 24, 2023 late evening I regretted stopping here. The 5 for $5 was terrible the chicken nuggets and fries were so greasy you could wring out the grease. The burger was ice cold the bun was dried out and crumbling. The drink was the only thing that would pass the okay text. I'm not sure what was going on, but the interior lobby was locked, drive thru open and then a group of about at least six people were let inside. They could have been employees, but it was after 12:00 midnight. Nonetheless this Wendy's is trash.
