3 stars because every single time I come to this Wendy's I don't get a receipt. Even when I ask for a receipt the workers look at me crazy, smack their lips, or get an attitude. Today I handed my card and asked for a receipt, he gave me card back and asked me to pull up to a spot. I didn't say anything because i want to let him at least try to follow directions first, im thinking maybe he'll put it in the bag since he looked me dead in my face when I said I needed a receipt. A different guy bring out the food, thanked me for waiting, and left. What do you know? No receipt in the bag. I work near by so I go to this location often seeing how it is close and the only fast food place on my way home. This location is near several industrial companies, hotels not too far, and right off the interstate. There are several businesses people who need their receipts for reimbursement or budgeting for their company. What's the deal with the receipts??? This has been like this for AT LEAST a year now so it's not a specific cashier. Attitude could definitely be friendlier from majority of the staff and food is ok. But give the people a receipt. If I left and I was charged wrong, I wouldn't know why, and if I returned to say I was charged wrong or missing something, the first thing they will ask for is a receipt...

December 20th, 2023RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET! My fiancé and I pulled up to order at the window and we asked her to give us a second. Then, when we tried to speak, the woman RUDLEY said "That was the quickest second I've ever seen."? THEN, in the middle of ordering, she cuts me off so I was not even done ordering. Pull up to the window and I told her the rest of my order. Then I guess a manager came up behind her and said "We don't add things at this window so don't do it again. We gonna get up and try again in the morning." My fiancé and I just ignored them at that point however when we went to pay for our food, SHE THREW HIS CARD BACK AT MY FIANCE!! These people are a sorry excuse for customer service. This is not the first problem I have had with this specific Wendy's. N E V E R going back again. People are very rude and are clearly not happy to be there. I wish I could give this sorry place ZERO STARS!

This is a very nice Wendy's. The restaurant is clean throughout - dining area and bathrooms. The employees are polite and welcoming. The condiment area was well stocked. Our food was prepared quickly. I ordered chili and my husband ordered the $5 meal. My chili was very hot and tasted good. I recommend this location for a quick meal.Vegetarian options: Salads and baked potatoesKid-friendliness: Kids meals

Place was dirty, all the tables were sticky, mats by the drinks stations were super sticky.There was a sign by the register for a free sample of the new frosty cream cold brew which was just okay. Nothing special.

Window server was impatient and seemed annoyed at how long it was taking to place our order as if we should have been as familiar with the menu as she was...an employee, who's salary is paid with our purchase! Two other employees joined her at the pay window like they needed to defend their fellow employees right to be annoyed with our questions about the order at the pay window. It really erkes me when a server continues to insist they gave me what I ordered instead of insisting on making sure I get what I want and have a pleasant experience!! Never visiting that location again and recommend you don't either!! Worst service ever ?
