I actually didn't get any food because I don't care for Wendy's but I had went with a friend to pick up a takeout order and what's the point in making that when we sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting and they had the name of the order?

When I say that this is probably the worst Wendy's that I've ever eaten at, I'm not exaggerating. The management staff have the worst attitude there is. The food is always cold and if you complain they look at you or respond as if you're the problem. I've given this particular location 3 opportunities and each time it's been a thumbs down. No more for me. I'm done with this Wendy's location.

In my experience worst customer service ever! Managers not available. Poor attitude of workers. More intereted in being an obstacle than actually taking care of customer.

I would not recommend this place due to the servers with bad attitudes. I was in line, there were two older gentleman in front of me, the first gentleman commented to the lady that she looked really busy, she walked away and said "she wasn't taking any one else's order". We had to ask someone else to help us. We stood waiting for someone to take our orders. After we were finally waited on, the worker came back and was talking loudly about the people in line, rudely. When I asked for the manager, she blew me off and let the girl keep talking loudly trying to start something. I heard one worker tell another that another car drove off, because of not getting waited on. Very bad service!
