Got to the drive thru. Wasn’t busy at all. It was 12 at night after 11 they start serving breakfast. I asked for a tequito and the lady said she’s not making breakfast so I asked why it’s after 11. She said she only has one grill. Are you kidding me? Sounds like LAZY and YOU don’t need to be working at whataburger if you don’t want to do your job. You don’t deserve to be there. So I’m going to the other whataburger where they will serve me. LAZY LAZY LAZY

Been going to the location for years, the last few times we've been taking way too long to get our food. Something has happened here, need to get better, or customers will go down the street.

Just left whataburger at 2:30am 2-6-2024… ordered a double meat burger meal, got home it was a single meat burger and I called 10+times and no answer. The store isn’t busy at all , 4 cars in drive thru. It’s not the first time this has happened on this particular shift. Maybe the manager is stealing from the store because she takes the orders and get the money. Over charging the customers, selling less and pocket the difference at the end of her shift… it’s sad, I paid 15$ for a 10$ meal who else is getting robbed and she don’t answer the phone because she knows what going on. Investigate the store manager. The store is taking major losses because you’re losing customers as the reviews are stating something isn’t right. And it starts with the manager on shift… thief! Wrong order and it was pink meat under cooked… I fed it to my dog piece by piece. Whataburger is becoming what a shame. Especially this particular store and shift…thief!!!!!
