My boyfriend and I visited William B's Steakhouse - Suncoast Hotel & Casino Steakhouse last night for dinner, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, but that was the only positive aspect of the evening. The steak we ordered was overcooked and tough, lacking the juicy and flavorful taste that I expect from a steakhouse. The side dishes were bland and uninspired, adding to the overall disappointment of the meal. The service was also subpar. The wait staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, leading to long wait times for drinks and food. Overall, my experience at William B's Steakhouse - Suncoast Hotel & Casino was below expectations. I would not recommend this restaurant to others looking for a quality steakhouse experience. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and makes improvements for future customers.

Restaurant is definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Crab cakes were perfectly cooked, Filet’s were amazing (so tender you could cut with a fork)Horia, took such good care of us from start to finish. Great atmosphere, wonderful friendly staffThis was our 2nd visit in 4 weeks and can’t wait to go back. If you have not experienced William B’s, you are really missing a FANTASTIC MEAL!

Not as good as usual, but still good just lacked seasoning on all the dishes and the caprese salad was on leaf spinach rather than the usual lettuce Service was good Horia is a gem!

Expected better. Food was adequate for what it was. Very limited wine list. Server did know know how to serve in a white tablecloth restaurant. She was friendly but aloof. Receptionist was not welcoming. They need to train their staff. Will try again hoping for better,

Ordered the pork chop. It was over cooked twice and then ordered the ribeye and it was a 1/2 inch thick. MyHusband wouldn’t let me say anything else. Worse 170 dollar meal I have ever had. Drinks are watered down. The risotto and crab cakes were good but nothing else. Don’t waste your money

Its was a wonderful night! We did the valetines day dinner. Our waitress was Antionette and she was amazing. Made our experience a memorable one that we wont forget. We will definitely be back again.

Kelly was amazing. She handled our late reservation and rowdy crowd with ease. The food was absolutely wonderful. Our steaks were perfect, tender, and left us wanting more. Will definitely recommend to friends. We will be back!

We had a reservation and was seated immediately after arriving. Both the hostess and our server Antoinette were very friendly. The food was delicious, service was prompt and the entire experience was great. We will definitely be back!

The service was great the food was ok. I use to eat here every week but the quality of the prime rib was not up to par. I wanted it medium rare but placed on the chargrill for the flavor. They use to do it all the time. It was put on a flat grill this time. The ajus should be in a bowl to dip the prime rib in also not to be poured on the steak.

The reviews were tremendous, and I was so excited to go out for a girls' night and enjoy ourselves. We were disappointed with the experience as a whole. Our waitress was so kind. She was handling a few tables as well as a large party. It sounded like she was newly from France. Loved her accent and how amazingly detailed she was when describing the entrees. They were out of prime rib, which was understandable as our reservation was for 8 pm.We had the oysters to start. Delicious, delicate, and no single, overwhelming taste. Cooked properly and arranged beautifully.I ordered the salmon with a side of the lobster macaroni and cheese. It left nothing to be desired. It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, fresh, and had the perfect blend of cheese. The next person ordered a ribeye and asked for it medium rare with the au gratin potatoes and the macaroni and cheese. Both sides were delicious. Cheese filled, crispy top, amazing. The ribeye was medium. It was overcooked for her liking. The third person ordered a steak and wanted a sauce on the side. The sauce wasn't served but was on our bill. The last person ordered pork chops, and those were so overcooked it appeared that the topping (with delightful little apple chunks) was actually being used to keep it moist.I was the only person who enjoyed their full meal at our table. To make it worse, we were too nervous to send anything back, as we'd all witnessed the chef reprimand and yell at our waitress. When we asked to take the sauce off the check, she said, "Of course! I am positive that I put that request in!" And she had - otherwise it wouldn't have been on the check. For the ratings this place had, it was a disappointment. I understand walking into a casino, you deal with the cigarette smell. I understand that sometimes you're busy and understaffed. But I will never understand a chef thinking it's okay to yell at a server or to ever do that in front of a restaurant filled with people. Especially when said chef only got 1/4 of the entrees correctly.

Our service and food were great Salmon and Baked Chicken for entrees Caprese salad and crab cake apps But the heat was off in the entire pavilion of the casino it was freezing cold and for $250.00 they could have rolled in some portable heaters

If you want to have a nice dinner before you hit the casino then this is the place to go. Kelli and Antoinette are amazing.

Very disappointed, they were out of select wines, werer told Manager didn't order them. Food was lukewarm and the special for the evening, we were told they were out of vegetable that was part of the special and had subbed a different vegetable, carrots which were old, not crispy so they were not eaten. The steak was lukewarm and for the price they charged, not worth it. When we shared our sentiments with our waitress, she replied that the cook had not ordered the veggies for the special, another out of stock item which the chef created/planned for the evening. She came back after sharing with the chef our sentiments with a dessert option for us. Nothing was discounted from our tab, the manager never came to our table or anything. They were empty but yet, you couldn't get any select times for your reservations. We would not return nor recommend this restaurant unfortunately.

Overall, we love this place. But last night it was not good. Food was not up to par, noise level was awful. Its usually quiet and relaxing. Front desk young ladies were cutting up, did not even say good night or bye when we left. Cooks and waitresses were cutting up in the dining room, being loud and rude. Must be under new management because its never like this.
