Pulled up to the window at 9:44 and a gentleman asked me to please hold for a moment. I waited for 10 minutes and pulled up to the window and was told they were closed. I understand if you want close before your posted time just tell me. Do not let me sit for fifteen minutes and then tell me you’re closed.

Stopped in on our way through town (specifically excited because we haven’t had Zaxbys in 3 years after living somewhere without it lol) and not only did the person taking our order audibly sigh after everything we asked for, the Diet Coke tasted like straight up mold and there was a hair (with the root lol) placed directly on my food… come on yall :( I have photos of the hair as well, our entire family is blonde and the hair is short and black

Slow slow slow food is never hot. Was told to pull up. They didn't bring my food out, I had to go in myself to get food.
Management is absolutely horrible to its employees in front of customers. Fired an employee for having pneumonia. Discrimination towards trans staff members. Manager called it inappropriate when employee desperately needed to go to the bathroom and the employee let the manager know. Food is great but terrible managers.

The chicken bacon ranch fries are huge!!!! If you get them you won't need anything more. The fried pickles are good. I got a number 1, and the strips were huge!!! I was stuffed!! I shared with 2 other people, and we were all full with food left over.
Picked up a grilled chicken Cobb salad today, nastiest thing I've ever seen. The tomatoes were slimy and the chicken was tough to try to chew ( not to mention I smelled a funky odor as I put a bite in my mouth). Two bites in I vomited. Threw the rest in the trash. First time here and definitely my last. Do Not Waste your time or money
