Ordered a Banana Split and paid $8.70 for 3 very small scoops of ice cream and the three cherrieS were not whole but half cherries. OVER-PRICED VERY DISAPPOINTED

Love Slidell Baskin and Robbins! Anytime I want something cold and sweet I stop there! Also, the polar pizza was delicious as well, rich but delicious.

The girl taking orders tonight was very rude! Very short and we were not taken with care. She had an attitude the whole time taking our order and at the window!
Please don’t waste your time going to this baskin robbins! They rushed my order and when I called to tell them they said bring it back. Mind you it was melted alread! The guy fixed another but was not apologetic at all! The young girls rush you in the drive thru! Horrible service

Baskin Robbins has been my go-to for ice cream for a couple of years now, though I don't go as often anymore. The ice cream is good (especially the blueberry muffin and raspberry chocolate ice cream, but I'm not sure about the actual name for that one). Service is always good/average, nothing special but nothing bad- so that's a win in my book.

I don't go here often, but it's Baskin-Robbins'; what's not to like? It's a cheerful ice cream shop with a nice variety of flavors, plus some ice cream cakes. The staff wasn't rude, they weren't out of anything, and there were no obvious other problems. This location has a drive-thru too, which seems like a nice bonus.

Probably won’t come back to this baskin robbins. First there were nuts mixed into a lot of the non nut flavors they were separated very well. I asked for a half and half scoop and was told “i’ll stop you, we can’t do that” very rudely. i managed a BR for 3 years and was confused by this. It would’ve been fine if the girl was nice about it. Very rude atmosphere.
