Food has NO season. How you can mess up a burger? My husband got the country fried steak it was terrible and the mash potatoes were instant potatoes. Nice atmosphere but that was all that was good . Then the register messed up and the manager didn't even care.

Recently tried Big Easy Diner for breakfast and was extremely disappointed. We waited longer to be seated than I thought was necessary, ans although we were passed by several staff, no one acknowledged we were there. I ordered the "Giant" Batter Fried Steak and Eggs, no other description on the menu, but, silly me, I thought the name was self-explanatory. What I got was a glorified, battered,and McRib...processed wafer thin meat substance DROWNED in white gravy that was neither mentioned on the menu or by the server. My toast arrived after I asked the second time, you know, after my food was cold. The bread was Texas Toast, also, not mentioned on the menu or by the server but, after I complained, THEN I was told the options for regular sliced bread were wheat, rye, and raisin. I gave it 2 stars because my husband like his food, but was not impressed with the service. I don't recommend this place.

Just moved to the area and needed to eat after a long weekend of moving, saw this along the way and glad I stopped. Large variety of food, clean environment, food was all well prepared. Terri made sure we were taken care of, will definitely be coming back.
Food is great service is pretty good and while it may not be a real diner from the 50s it does still give you that feel

My colleague ordered breakfast for myself and others...upon opening the grits container, there were flies ( plural) in the grits. I used to eat at this establishment all the time, but after that unfortunate experience, I will never return. There seems to be an issue with unsafe and unsanitary food conditions. The establishment was rude and unhelpful. They became defensive instead of rectifying the problem. I guess maybe they thought we flavored our own grits with flies. I'm disgusted whenever I think about it.
