A while ago, the recipes changed for some menu favorites. They had potential to be good, but the originals were better. The food has also been cooked worse lately. Burnt burgers or dry chicken. Cheddars nearby cooks their chicken better, but they don’t have as many choices.It hurts me to say I haven’t been going as often. Malory is the best server there hands down, and she cares about everyone’s experience. But the chain itself is making changes I just can’t get behind.
Go to BJ’s all across the country… this one missed the mark. Could not get on the WiFi and the bartender informed me that their internet rarely works if ever. I can get WiFi in every BJ’s I have ever visited for the last 10 years. As a business traveler, WiFi is a must to get numerous tasks done prior to or during dinner. Never can get cell due to the structure of the building. Will not be back to this location for the fact that they cannot supply this simple service. I...read full review
