A small shop with an abundance of bicycles and e-bikes and necessary accessories. I bought a used mountain bike and rode it out the door on a 6.6 mile trip back home. The shifters were tuned perfectly, the joints were tight, new tires, and free working shifters and cables, and the guys in the shop helped me mount a rear rack before I left. This particular Brooks' shop, I was told specializes in e-bikes and they had a show room full of them. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the shop or the service. I went in her with a bike I bought off of Facebook and needed new tubes. Ended up getting 2 new tubes and a full check up on the bike. The service was top notch. Bobby is extremely welcoming and helpful. I would recommend everyone to go to this bike shop! Keep up the great work.

Go see J.W. or Mr Bobby they know their stuff and Brooks has fair prices on parts and labor! Happy to see this shop in Slidell vs driving to Covington. Same great place just a closer location for me! Will be bringing my bike back for changing crank and sprocket to a 1x and upgrading shifter brake combo.

Tremendous service. After a miscommunication over a specific bike part, the employees followed up with me and the owner made sure I got the part I needed. They didn’t have the part I needed in stock, so they took one off of a bike on the floor so that I could get my bike back on the road. This is the reason to do business locally.
