There's the good burger King and then there's this one. They make a good burger if they feel like it. The fries n onions rings are old/cold. These folks inspire violence, they make u wanna drive back to fight someone or toss food through the window. You don't because you should have known better and gone to the good one, so it's your fault as much as theirs. I hope they learn to act right before someone looses it with them. This used to be the good burger King and then it lost its way.

I've seen 3 people from drive thru have to come back in the store while we say and aye our sub par meal. Everyone behind the counter looks like they could care less. This location needs an overhaul! Send a secret shopper....The floors in the bathroom were soooo slippery I almost hurt myself.Fire everyone and start fresh

Drive through rude employee on mic and was told to pull up while two other cars were already waiting. Some advice for the owners dismiss the employee working the drive through and give the lady who brought the food out a raise, she was the only good interaction.

Whoever owns BK should be ashamed of themselves. The stores have a shoestring budget to operate, and the food has gotten terrible.Once upon a time BK was the superior burger chain, but it's being milked for every bit of profit before it goes belly up.

Waited in drive thru for 20 mins speaker was broke finally drove to window where I was not greeted properly by a worker who’s looking crazy at me and making hurry up hand motion as I was telling him the speaker is broke couldn’t hear he was like well I was talking for 20 mins to u ?as I only ordered a drink due to his rudeness he’s like that’s it . Fills the cup he grabs it and drink pours over on his arms and hands he’s wrestling to put the lid on it and begins shaking his hands with drink flying everywhere. Takes a pause and then hands me the cup that’s wet and I hand him the money don’t even give me napkins are apology. Sad

I paid over $12 for a whopper with cheese meal. I got a burger that was sloppy and unmanageable, fries that were definitely hotlamped for quite some time, and the tea was sour as hell. Whoever owns this place should be concerned. Nobody there and still serving substandard food. I am and you should avoid this place. Terrible.
