I sit here after spending $75 on two kids knowing I will never return. Sad it has declined so much. I never expected much value for my money but just the minimum would be acceptable.The very few tables available have been in the same dirty condition since I walked in an hour ago. Forcing people to sit on restricted tables or clean them up. Moving the mess to an unrestricted table. No ice! When I asked why I was told we are waisting too much ice. I paid well for ice. No tickets in any machines (Covid I guess) I could go on as a GM of a restaurant myself but I will stop.Get ready to pay up for less then minimum.

Half of the machines weren't working! You would have thought with all of the down time during this pandemic they would've taken the time for maintenance but.......not. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I gave it a four star because it was smaller than what we are used too. We came during COVID, so not all the games that they did have were available to play. We still enjoyed our time there, the kids seem to love it and so did we. The manager had great service and definitely made us feel welcomed!

We just went in to eat and play on my sons birthday and the staff were over the top! We didn’t have bday party planned but they made it happen! Including singing and dancing with us!! My son turned 8 today and said this was the best day ever! Thanks to Chuck E Cheese staff in Slidell Louisiana! We will be visiting you again soon! Those guys were the best!!! I didn’t get their names but it was on June 27th when we visited!

Good coupon deals. Pizza was good. Cleaning very often while we were there. Hands free kid check by taking selfies with your own phone of your group. Friendly staff that was very helpful and kind to my child who loves to talk about Chuck E. Cheese history.

Nice staff during COVID. Games were closed but I was here for take-out only. I used T-Mobile Tuesday's for a free 1-topping large pizza w/purchase. I added $3 mozzarella sticks plus the $5 house salad. The mozzarella sticks were cold and under cooked so I put them in the oven. The salad was plentiful but I noticed lots of water from the lettuce in my salad box. The bleu cheese dressing was tasteless. The pizza was average but properly cooked. I wish the pizza bottom was crispier instead of soft. Pics attached:

Is one of the best places for you to go. They got very good measures to check your hands after leaving the place so you can clean your hands in case you have any bacteria or virus. It is safe to go and it is located at a nice area with good views. It is also close to a lot of shopping stores. This place is mostly for kids due to how it looks. If you are looking for a place to spend some time and also eat pizza, this is what you need. There is enough parking space for a lot of people who wants to celebrate a party. The only bad thing that I found out is the space inside the local, it is small and not a lot of people can fit in at the same time.
Kinda torn on this. Had my daughters first birthday here. Service was ok. The birthday "performance" was lacking. And my daughter caught fifth disease from the little rides. Which was horrible for her. I know they can't help if a sick kid comes in and infects everything but my pediatrician said these places are like a giant petri dish for kid infections.

The pizza was quite delicious but the environment is pure madness and packed with over stimulated children trailed by their frazzled parents. In order to ride you have to purchase a Chuckie Cheese card and load money into it. 5 bucks got my grandson three minutes on a Barney train that didn't move. Proceed at your own risk!

The staff was Very friendly!! We had a really great time and the staff kept checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed!! Cant wait till it's time for someone else's birthday so we can come back!!

Firstly, I realize I went on a Saturday afternoon and will give them credit for the craziness. Whatever. I waited in line for 10 minutes and ordered wings with my combo, and she didn't ring it up. Waited in line for another 10 minutes to ring up my order of wings, and the cashier was having an attitude about it. After FORTY-FIVE MINUTES I went up to get my wings and the MANAGER caught an attitude and just snatched my receipt out of my hand without even saying a word or apologizing to me. Ten MORE minutes pass and I finally get my wings. 20$ for 13 wings and two pieces of celery. The wings tasted great, as did our pizza-- but YA'LLS ATTITUDES SUCK.
