Absolutely the best food and service we have had in Slidell. Kelly our waitress was exceptional!! The biscuts and gravy were so very good. My wife had a BBQ smashburger It's not just any ordinary truck stop restaurant. Hidden gem!

Sharon and the lady in the kitchen are amazing. My steak was cooked perfectly. It was so good I didn't even use A1. Everything was great. The service was outstanding. I can't wait to see you ladies again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. ?

Amazing food like always. We try and find CP restaurants when on vacation because we know we always will get amazing service and food. And once again, they have done that at this location. What stinks is pre covid, they all used to have a salad bar and it looks like they all have been permanently been removed from their locations. My chicken tender meal was so much but it was so juicy. My husband's meal was good but both of us had to use a doggy bag to get it to go before we get hit by the next storm. I wish the Denver/Commerce City CO location would bring this back.

The portions for the lunch are not very big. Also make sure you that if you want sides for 99 cents each that your order a full meal entre or they will charge you full price for the sides. I was not aware of that as I even asked if sides were 99 cents each and was told yes but when bill came they charged full price for sides. It is cheaper to order full meal and get sides than order lunch option with any sides. Just a little hack so you know. It must be that way at all Country Prides. I actually think it is to expensive for the food you get.

Supposed to be open at 6am today. 11/26/22. I tried to get in at 6:15am. Still closed. Saw 3 people inside. So I knocked. Someone looked up and then ignored me. I guess Im not the right skin color. Tried again at 6:20am. Still no luck. Headed up the road to the Pilot.

Typical TA Country Pride. However this one has a local dish Jumbablya, Red beans and rice and gumbo all are great, but the Gumbo is very spicy.

The food was pretty good but I service is awful.. came in about 3:30pm today..one server, whom basically if you weren't a single male she paid no attention to your table. But as usual the food was at least good. Just need nicer and more attentive server'sSERVICE POOR

Not that good. Bacon tasted rancid, spoiled. My egg were over cooked. My French toast was good and my husband was glad I only ate half because he was able to eat the other half, because his food wasn't that good. The sausage gravy wasn't good, the sausage also tasted bad. We did get a discount, but if I have to choose to walk to a different restaurant, I will walk to a different restaurant.
