I paid $19.11 for a combo. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order with only 3 orders ahead of me. How come when I ask for 4 packets of the house sauce, I'm told "I can give you 2 or 3."? People in the service industry should really learn about how to provide exceptional service! Make it right for every customer.

This store is very clean and inviting. Someone will call out and welcome you when you enter. The employees are friendly and efficient. The display of food items is very well laid out and tells you a variety of things about each sandwich. Restrooms are clean and there is a good air change per minute.The sandwiches are very reasonable. My favorite is the Turkey, Bacon, Ranch on wheat. The person who makes your sandwich does not hold back on the amount that is put on the sandwich.Be sure to install the Firehouse app so you can get the points applied when you buy sandwiches. Get enough of them and you can get a free sandwich!Get to this store for a great lunch experience.

My experience at this firehouse was awful. To begin with I was not greeted when walking through the door but was actually looked at and not even told hello. Secondly the restaurant was dirty and the chairs were all over the place. And lastly I watched a worker either wipe their foreheads or face while having his gloves on Bennie changing them. Not to mention place the bread of the sandwich on the counter while making the sandwich this is not sanitary. My wife works for the Louisiana Department of Health and Sanitation and I will make her aware of this.

Stopped by for a sandwich today after work. Food was delicious and the staff was so pleasant. Their manager was even polite under pressure when a disgruntled customer was holding up the line!

If I was in a blind taste test with other sub shops, I bet I would choose Firehouse as the winner! The price was a little high for a sub imo, but the taste is second to none! We got the Medium Club on a Sub meal deal with the regular drink my wife had chips and I got the Potato Soup for $28. The honey ham added this surprisingly sweet taste and the bread was on point! The soup was a little bit watery for me, but had an excellent taste, the oyster crackers fit the bill! I added pics of our meal.Parking: Since they are in a strip mall setting parking can be challenging at peak hours especially

Firehouse subs is a great place to come to for a sandwich! I came in today around 7:30 ish and the crew was amazing, very friendly staff. Young lady with the collar shirt at the register was very patient when it came to helping me with the Firehouses app and my order. My sandwiches were made correctly and place was pretty clean which was impressive considering they were steady. Definitely worth the visit and will be coming back soon!
