Not understanding the tipping before service... If the service is bad, can I get the tip back? Or am I to assume bad service and just accept the industry excuses of staff shortages.

5 Stars for being so much better that McD ode BK. The meat taste meat. Even we were there so late, they took our oder. Very friendly employees. Very close to the I10, so good for travelers too.

I saw a female employee give a customer some type of card and I asked what that was. She said it was a gift card because they had messed up her order. So I said well that’s ok as long as they didn’t make a habit of it. Her response to me was well that depended on how well I tipped her. Considering that she is a decently paid employee, that comment did not go over well with me. It went downhill from there. But I was with my brother and had driven a long way to get there so instead of walking out we stayed and ate there. (Fremaux Mall in Slidell, La) Long story short, my meal was comped but the experience was terrible!
I just want to personally thank Mike the manager at the Slidell location. I appreciate you big time. Food was redone not because of it being wrong but due to our delivery driver. Food was great just as expected!

I used to absolutely love this restaurant I ate here regularly, but I would not anymore the hamburger Patty's are alot smaller than what they used to be and they used to give you alot of fries now they barely give you any.for the price of this food they should be hooking it up but they don't I can honestly say this place is a major rip off.
