Listen, I don’t write a lot of reviews. But I had to take the time out to say that the cookie cake I recently ordered from this location was literally the best cookie cake I have ever had in my entire life. It was baked fresh and the icing was so soft. It was huge hit at a gathering for my relatives and I must say when I bit into it I felt like I was transported to a tropical island instantly. I truly felt at peace and wanted to shed a tear because it was that good, I will be ordering from this location soon so I hope It will taste just as good. When I’m having a bad day, I often think about how this cookie cake made me feel, pure happiness. Thank you.

The ice cream was amazing. Our family loved it. I highly recommend it. I would give them a 5 but the workers here were not very friendly and I think they messed up our order because we got different sizes waffle cones. Great ice cream though!

It's not often I leave a bad review on Yelp but here I am. I've been here a handful of times since this place was built in Slidell. Every time I've been here, there is never cookie cake. If there is, it looks stale or there's one slice left. When you ask when there will be cookie cake, they can't give you an answer. If they do give you an answer, they'll tell you it'll be another hour or so before there is cookie cake. With that being said, my wife & I figured what the hell, let's give them another shot so we went... To start, we waited in line for 10-15 minutes because they were busy - no problem. Before we were finally helped, the girl behind the counter had to brag to another coworker about getting a $30 tip. At that moment, my wife & I both looked at each other & knew we weren't ordering a dessert from this place. Since we waited for so long, we decided to just ask for an icee & be on our way. We were told there were only small cups. There's always a "by the way" with this place. When we were at the register, this was the first time I noticed sugar flies hanging around the back. It seems like this location just went downhill. I'd rather go to the grocery for a cookie than give them my business again.

To say that the cookies were horrible would be putting it nicely and the lady that checked us out was so RUDE that I really hope she realizes blessed she is that my daughter was with me

Ordered a cake. Huge cake, name smashed at the bottom of the cake on top the border. Asked why, response, "I don't know I didn't make it." No apologies. It's not always about the mistake, the attitude is garbage. Catherine is NOT human friendly. She calls the manager, whom I spoke to. I then ask Catherine what needs to take place as I was preparing for my kid's dinner. She ignored me. So I asked are you not talking to me at this Pont? She says about what. I've ordered several event cakes. Certainly the last.
