The gentleman at the window is nice however, he has one glove on and one hand with no-glove. He used both of his hands to pat the dome of the snowball, including the hand with no-glove, so my husband and I just left. I don’t want a snowball that was patted with your bare hands. LolUPDATE: So the owner was so nice to address this issue with his staff. He also make fresh snowballs for me and my son. I am glad he took the time out to reassure me that this issue is being resolved. The owner is very attentive. Thank you, I will be coming back .

I've been here before with usually no issue. Today went to order 2 snowballs as usual. I always order sugar free because I'm a type 1 diabetic. Never an issue before. Today was totally an issue for me. For all of their SF usual offerings, there were none. I was given the option to combine what was left of sf bubble gum and sf cherry. Sorry ..NoWhy. Just why? I rarely ask to get anything for myself and this is exactly why.

The address is not on Northshore Blvd. it is 2060 Gause. Once we found it, it was delicious. I had a nectar crème shaved ice.

I can only imagine that I waited over an hour and a half for a small, no frills, sno-ball because they freeze their own ice and shave it by hand? And then the service was subpar at best (work on the attitudes y'all). I was so excited to try this sno-ball stand, but it certainly did not live up to any expectations.Do better.

I love Juanie's!! Anytime I go the staff is super nice. They have the softest ice! My favorite snowball is the Strawberry Cheesecake stuffed with cheesecake. The boudin nachos are delicious. The line can get long. Stop by for a sweet treat &/or savory snack!

The ice is literally the softest I've ever had. Tons of delicious flavors, friendly employees, and quick service. It can get kind of packed but dang they're worth it. Dying in this heat? Yea, me too, that's why I'm headed there right now which prompted me to write this review.

The ice was very fine! I don't usually trust snowball places that's not a snowball stand, but this place did not fail to impress me. I got a small strawberry snowball w sour worms and it was great! The strawberry syrup was overflowing. My friend got half strawberry and half lemonade with condensed milk and I though it was a great pairing. I would come here again just for the ice.
