It would be great if there was seating behind the restaurant, the fenced-in part! Chaos is okay and does not affect food, but it would be great if the option for fry or not is clear along with space to dress your own order!! ??

Been coming here on and off for a few years and I'll say that the po'boys never disappoint. Customer service seems fine to me, they always greet politely and take about 15 minutes to prepare my big orders. I don't think people realize the challenges of working the rush hours. I admire places that can handle it and I don't miss working in food service because there's a lot of entitled customers out there. Back to the food, the seafood platter was 8/10 but I think they should add hush puppies as a side option. The boiled shrimp was 6.5/10, flavor was great but it was a bit overcooked. Potato salad did not have much flavor 6/10. Fries 8/10. Turkey necks are always 9/10. Crawfish 9/10. Gumbo 9/10 Their cleanliness seems to have improved, will return next week.Parking: Park on the right side street part of the restaurant to get an easier exit.

It was a place where youngsters are running the store for dad. They have a few Hispanic workers and all they did was talk among each other. The fish had too much batter. You can barely taste the flavor of the fish for all of the batter.
Because this restaurant had good ratings, I wanted to try it. I arrived at dinner time and it was busy. However, the condition of the restaurant was appalling and I couldn't stomach it, so I left without ordering. - The restaurant is filthy and needs to be closed for a DEEP scrub down, and a health department inspection. - The woman working behind the counter serving customers was eating food from the hot bar with her fingers from a to-go container - The hot bar food looked disgusting. The food was either dried out from sitting exposed, or the liquid had a nasty film over the top of it. None of it was covered And I seriously doubt it was being stored at proper food safety temperatures. - I observed a food serving utensil being dropped on the floor behind the counter, let sit on floor for about 15 seconds, then put back on the counter instead of placed with dirty dishes to be washed. As I stood there and observed, I just couldn't stomach it. It was making me sick to look at it all. I left without ordering.

Bought crawfish on the way home to TN. they were very helpful and courteous plus the crawfish w/ their spices were delicious!!! If you're on the fence please go!!!

The service is fast and friendly, and the food is divine! The place is busy and the line goes quick as they have plenty of knowledgeable servers. It's a clean place, which can be difficult to navigate when serving seafood. I definitely recommend checking it out!

The worst customer service! The owner had a very nasty attitude. The first time I decided to try their seafood the crawfish was terrible! Not including the owners rude behavior. I decided to try again thinking maybe it was a bad day for the owner and the crawfish. The owner was very rude and aggressive to the people that came in to place an order. Most of his customers are black, it's giving a race issue.
