I have been to this location twice and both times have asked for EXTRA crispy fries, today I asked when I received them I asked if they were extra crispy double fried...she said no let me fix that. All they did was start a fresh made to order of fries still not crispy. What do I have to ask for????

I had a McRib. The bun was so thin it wouldn't even hold the sandwich. The BBQ sauce was so runny the whole rib slid out of the sandwich at first bite. No onions & 1 pickle. You wait all year for this sandwich & it shouldn't be like that.

The drive through line backed up into the street. That forced me to exit in the opposite direction I needed to.Parking: The parking lot is small but there is a lot for the rest of the shopping center next door.

The female behind the register was not up to date with her job of taking orders and putting them in the machine. She had to request help three times from another person. He, too, did not input the order correctly and just gave up. Finally got food, which was not hot though lukewarm. This establishment has really gone down in service and food.

I come here most mornings for breakfast and I get the same thing, 2 burrito's and they are always inconsistent. They are either burned up from sitting a warmer for too long or barely any eggs and sausage in them. I just wish it was better and consistent.

Ordered 2 mc doubles and a large root beer. Got one *TINY* mcdouble and one regular 1 patty *TINY* hamburger from some else's order. Can't even get a 3 item order correct. Can't imagine how bad the person's order was messed up in front of me that ordered half the menu. Won't be back.
