So gross. The spicy margarita tasted like pure artificial syrup and the jalapeño pepper garnish had several rotten spots. I can’t believe anyone would even serve that, and it concerns me about what else I can’t see… Mac and cheese bites tasted sour… steak was chewy and full of fat, also not the fresh red color you want. Seasoning on the chicken tasted like plain taco seasoning. I haven’t been here in a while because of bad experiences and thought to give it another chance…. Won’t be back again

I ordered curbside to go and had to drive 40 minutes home with it. The food was surprisingly good. It was well packaged. It was still warm. I had been craving a steak and it was the best meal I had in a while. Even the blooming onion was still delicious. There were a little vents in the top of the container to keep it from getting soggy. The curbside lady was really nice. She was really fast. All I had to do was pull up there and park near the door and they came right out. Excellent experience.
4/7/2024@1:30pm I have been visiting the outback in Slidell over 20 years and today was the most horrible experience ever. I ordered a ribeye medium well with a stuff potato and a salad. When the steak came out it was medium rare so I told the waiter Kevin who in turned told me no it’s medium well, I requested for the manager and I ask her what does the steak look like and she said medium I Kevin said it was well at this point she was nice which at any place you go to if you have a problem they replace the steak and again I have been coming here over 20 years and have been to many steak restaurants. This lady took the steak I touched and cut into many times put it back on the grill cook it well done and bought it back. I said are you serious you just contaminated the meat you took it back to the grill after I touched it and she said I am the owner I have been the owner for 7 years and we always do that. I will be reporting this and call the proper people. She took the steak off the ticket

My right hand is paralyzed. I can't cut steak. I asked the woman who took my order to request the chef cut it for me. She said I'll ask but he's really busy. They didn't do it.

Food was good. Our wait staff was not good. She was extremely slow, forgot items, and a couple times forgot the items she forgot the first time. Daughter waited so long for condiments for her burger that it got cold that she sent it back and ask for refund on bill. So bad I only left 2% tip. Won't go back.
