I’ve been a Panera fan for years, but I think my support ended this week. On Saturday 04/06/24, I used the app to order a large hot chai latte and a pick two meal for my daughter. I arrived at the store a few minutes early and parked until I received notification that my order was ready for pickup. I got in the drive thru, said my name, then waited behind another car for over 10 minutes at the window. This was longer than I’ve ever waited before at Panera. When I finally got my order, the latte was cold and sandwich was lukewarm. By this time, I’m annoyed because now I have to go in so they can remake my latte and I’m in a hurry, which is why I ordered in the app for pick up in the first place. When I go inside I tell the manager my latte is cold. She is unapologetic and offers to remake it in a tone that suggests she’s doing me a favor. She gets someone else to remake it and it’s a small. I said, “I paid for a large”. The employee asks the manager what to do (what do you mean, I want what I paid for!) and they have a conversation I can’t hear. By now I’m really aggravated but they remake it again and finally get it right. I left a review in the email that was sent after my visit and expressed my dissatisfaction. The manager Lily offered for me to come back so they can remake my order. I went back on Monday, April 8 and they remade my order; it was fine. I also ordered more food, but my mistake was not opening the bag until I got home. My chicken and avocado BLT had no “B” and a sprinkle of chicken confetti, and my Mexican corn chowder had no tortilla chip toppings. I did not bother going all the way back to have them remake it, I’m just done. Panera is too expensive for me to keep going and being disappointed every time. Panera does have the best chai latte, so I’ll go when I can get a discount lol

The food is actually pretty good but they forgot the chicken on my sandwich!! How rude! That is like the best part. So, now I am here eating this sandwich like a damn rabbit. Not happy about it... I say good day. You're off the list!

Wednesday December 13, 2023 (Date of Review) Panera needs to terminate the General Manager named Lily. She is absolute trash. I have contacted Panera Customer Care the last 4 days. There is no HEAT in the Restaurant. It is 30 Degrees outside and the restaurant is FREEZING INSIDE. Since Panera Customer hasn't been able to correct it, I have gone a different direction. I have filed a Complaint with the St. Tammany Parish Board Board of Health. The only way this will be corrected is to bring in the Local Government. Panera needs to be cited. I promise you I will get some resolve. I will be writing the Panera Corporate Office in St. Louis. They need to fire this loser General Manager. This is a very troubled individual. The employees are completely negative. Oh yeah folks let's give them more tips!! This place turned into a Bad Joke. A completely negative experience to get a Coffee at 6:30am in a Freezing Cold Restaurant.

Every time we stop here, it’s a wait and order is messed up. My husband orders mocha with no whip or drizzle and it’ comes out with whipped cream and drizzle. Today we decided to go thru the drive thru. Well, we’re told they cannot provide any HOT drinks. No sorry, no apology nothing. Will not come back here again.
