This is an amazing place for seafood. The staff is great, and helpful if you have any questions. Good prices on crawfish, and if you buy 10lbs or more boiled they offer a discount as well.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I was eating with someone else and they had completed their food before mine even arrived. You don't make one person wait while the other eats. I went to eat with someone not watch them eat and then them watch me eat. Especially when it cost $70 to eat. I called back after I left to inform the manager and he acted like he didn't care and said that the oysters took longer to cook, which I completely understand. They could have waited to cook the other until everything was close to ready so that it could all be served together. The least they could have done is apologize but that didn't even happen.

If you ever find yourself in the Slidell, LA area be sure to stop by Pearl's. My family and I ventured to New Orleans for Mardi Gras and wanted some seafood as we were heading back home to Alabama. We stopped at Pearl's and were pleasantly surprised! Pearl's is a smallish fish market and seafood restaurant that will leave a huge impression! The food was well seasoned and cooked to perfection ?. From the seafood boils to the sandwich style meals. No one in my party was disappointed and we can be a tough crowd to impress some times. The only reason I gave it 4 stars (and not 5) is because of its size. It's in a small shopping center so the space isn't conducive to large parties and only has one bathroom for each gender. If you're traveling solo or with just a few people, this is ideal and worth the stop along your trip. The customer service, alone, makes it an awesome option.Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant and atmosphere. They offered the kids coloring books and helped them choose their meals. The older kids were entertained with the various TVs in the eating area. Also to our surprise all of the kids enjoyed their meals and had very little left to take home.

I ordered and paid for a 1/2 & 1/2 poboy dressed for pickup. When I got home I realized it was all shrimp and no pickles. I called to advise of same and drove back to the restaurant. When I got home with the "corrected" order the poboy was missing lettuce. I called to report the same. A mgr was put on the phone said " I will give you some lettuce but I'm not remaking a sandwich over lettuce". As you can imagine I was seriously annoyed. I responded by asking for a number to text a photo of the sandwich so she could see what she's chosen to lose a customer over. She then stated she didn't appreciate my tone of voice and hung up the phone as I was responding.
