I've tried Pho a handful of times and always thought it was ok. It wasn't until my wife and I decided to go to Pho Bistro for a Tuesday lunch date and it completely changed my mind. We ordered the #14 Pho Tai Nam and it was absolutely delicious! The Pho came out hot and with the freshest of Ingredients. We also ordered the #54 Com Bo Luc Lac. It was a stir fried steak and onions served with steamed rice. It was fantastic! Our waitress was great. She was very polite and attentive. She recommended the #54 and we ran with it. Her recommendation did not disappoint!I highly recommend Pho Bistro. If you're in Slidell or passing through the area it is most certainly a top contender and a must try. Stop in and have a seat, you won't be disappointed.

I was thinking about this place and this pho in awhile, I was very upset for the fact I did ask for no sliver or onion no cilantro no veggies on my pho at all, she not even written down, and plus there are only 2 tables sitting down. She might be in the job for awhile dat she don’t need to write in a piece of paper but honey you got this one wrong (not even apologies) oh the minute pho arrived there onion in it, I was ask nice to have them done again and they take in and brought the same one out and just take out the onion, you can clearly see through the onion. She might maybe she had a long day already. people ask for no veggies for a reason it because I’m really sensitive with this type of onions it not gonna poison me but once I had dat in my mouse I would throw up ? customers it not always right but if you make it right it wouldn’t be a problem, I feel bad for myself for wanted this pho so bad otherwise I should have pick something else or otherwise should’ve been happening

This is our go-to neighborhood restaurant. Every thing we have eaten here has been very good. Best (for us) is any of the Pho's. Next are the Bahn Mi's. The Calamari is the best we have had in Slidell. We have had several other dishes there that are good. We have always had good service.
