First time coming to Cane's in about 15 years and I still don't care for it. The chicken has no flavor and light crust just falls off and that Cane sauce tastes like all mayonnaise. The fries were hot but not cooked all the way. I won't be back!!

I love Cane's. Been eating it since Cane's #1. This location is going through some changes, adding a second lane but I almost witnessed someone's babygirl come real close to getting hit by a car in the drive-thru. She was bringing my food in the far right lane.Fix that please! Keep our babies safe.????

Very friendly, fast service, delicious food. Even the ubiquitous cole slaw was above average.One note: If they move the drink machine 1 foot to the left and put the lids on the right there would be much less congestion and waiting for people who are just getting ketchup.

Too expensive and they only give you two sauces for 6 dry chicken tenders...won't be back.
Good service but food is expensive. Fries are usually always good but the strips are not always tender.

I am a slidell native, visiting from Houston and immediately loved the upgrade to the canes, however, despite the beautiful new look, the service was extremely inefficient. The line was wrapped around the building yet the cashiers were taking orders at the order boards? What’s the point of having your workers stand outside if they do not move from the order boards? To speed things up shouldn’t they walk up to cars as they approach? Overall the food was amazing but the service needs some work.
