The take-out team was made up of the most helpful and sweetest individuals I have encountered at a restaurant. They were extremely helpful with all aspects of my order from deciding on what to order and picking up. They made my day after a long, hard work shift!

My very first experience. I loved it. My burger was delicious. I dont usually eat onion rings, but these were delicious. I also had the spiked lemonade.
We have dined at this restaurant several times, and every time it's been a five-star experience. And this time was no disappointment either. The food was great the service was very fast there was very little time between ordering and getting our food and the server was super! One thing that almost turned into a negative though, I had hoped to get another caramel apple milkshake but apparently they had dropped that from the menu. I was pretty disappointed in that but the manager (Maddie) came by and asked if we were doing good and I told her that I would love to have had another caramel apple milkshake but it wasn't on the menu and she needed to pass up to corporate that they need to put that back on the menu. She said oh well yeah it is off the menu, but we can still make you one. Well I immediately ordered one and got it and it was great. And just to demonstrate that this restaurant chain really knows how to cater to the customer's desires, my wife and her mother split a salad and our server (Genie) said that they even have a button on the handheld to do that. If that's not service I don't know what is!

We had just moved to town from Florida and wanted to celebrate. We've always loved RR in FL for their great burgers & bottomless fries. We were NOT disappointed at this RR in Lafayette, LA! We were the only ones who ate on the patio (had our pup along) but all the servers were terrific: friendly and attentive to all our needs! The food was great - NO complaints whatsoever. Keep up the good work!
Not like "Red Robins" I've been to in the past. Service was okay. Music was so loud that my wife and I had to practically yell at each other.We changed our order to a go order and ate the unimpressive burgers in the car in the parking lot. But, we enjoyed each other's company more, since we could talk to each other. So, it wasn't a total loss.
