SMOOTHIE KING ADVENTURES! In light of my last review on Smoothie King in Town Center Bagel (my beautiful sweet puppy) and I chose avoid that one completely and visit the Smoothie King on East Gause in Slidell instead. I just left the smoothie king by Marcos pizza on Gause Blvd & the young girl who helped me was phenomenal! There’s not enough words to describe how nice she was but even my 13 year old son commented on how more drive thru places need people like her. (This is coming from a teen boy, who doesn’t care about much). She was helpful, kind, friendly, had such a positive attitude & genuinely wanted to help. The lady that helped me today was really lacking in customer service. She said get two add ons and the third one is free but we were charged for all three. My drink wasn’t correct but she offered no apology, seemed. bothered that I had returned, and then my drink still wasn’t right. Hopefully next time is a better experience.
