The first bad meal I've received at a Sonic. Burger and fries were barely warm. The grape nerds slushy was the worst. No juice, and all the nerds stuck at the bottom in one hard mass. The burger and fries I had to microwave just to eat.

The location at 1968 Gause Blvd...needs a total overhaul!! I visited 3 times in the past few months and everytime so very disappointing. The staff clearly don't want to work at that Sonic. Over half the stalls don't work and you don't know till you pull into one. The food is definitely not like you get at other Sonics. I get the chili cheese tots and the chili is barely warm, the cheese won't even melt. Subpar at best!!! This Sonic hardly ever has any cars at it. The last few times I just drove another mile and went to the better Sonic. Yesterday I was going to stop in and try again and not 1 car in the lot, no employees in site. They looked closed at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Definitely bad for Sonic!! Something needs to be done!!

this one carhop was rude , i told her i had a coupon for a slush and she charged me regular price for a slush and then when i told her again when she came and gave me my stuff that i had a coupon and she snatched the coupon out of my hand and caught an attitude with me, and she rolled her eyes , she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there

Our biggest complaint besides the outrageous pricing is that most of the ordering stalls are out of order. They don’t have them marked so ya have to pull in and out to find one that works. Staff is pleasent but I feel they are not happy there. Fast food in general took a huge hit during Covid. Praying that pricing will stabilize because 7$ for a small garlic burger is ridiculous. And I love them. So it’s almost like going to a sit down restaurant without the booze lol. I’ll continue to support Sonic but please fix those stations. Thanks and Happy New Year.

I want to see a big thank you to the crew for making my favorite shape even though it's not on the menu yet. Peanut butter banana and bacon. Not only did they make it, but it looks and tastes great. Good job carrying about your job guys. ?. This is now my new sonic it's worth the extra drive. By the way, the outside is very clean and they were very friendly over the intercom.
