Very poor service ,don't have anything on the menu ? they was out of EVERYTHING, the people that work here are also very RUDE after they took my money they came to my car and said I don't have what u ordered

Horrible excuse for a business. Got there at 6:30pm today by 6:50 still no food had to be somewhere for 7pm asked for my money back instead of trying to get my order complete, they made me wait even longer to tell me they will give me my money back and cant give me no proof of a refund. Sad excuse for a place to eat. I will never ever eat at any Sonic!!!! The manager couldn’t even come out to say sorry but At least the new girl who told me this was nice. Bad service bad manager!

We used the official Sonic app to place our order (a Peach slush and an Ocean Water). I parked in the stall and confirmed my arrival on the app. The stall screen confirmed my order will be out soon. I waited 15 minutes. Finally somebody came out and told me the slush machine was broken. I subbed my slush for a sprite. Which was found to be flat. Disappointment is only the beginning of how I felt that visit.

literally, the worst experience I have ever had. coke was not even filled all the way. I only received two pretzel twists and one large Coke and it took 25 minutes to get through the drive-through window. will never go again.

We ordered food and waited 40 minutes in one of the stalls only for them to say we were in the wrong stall and we couldn’t get the food. I tried to understand maybe they’re busy for the holidays, but they told us we were In the wrong stall and that it was too late. It’s one thing to be busy , it’s another to accuse us of moving stalls and not giving us our food. Definitely not coming back.

The girl was rude we waited in line 20min and we were not even greeted then she was rude on top of it five or 6 cars left while we waited poor management if you only have 2 employees on a Saturday at lunchtime don’t go here !!
How does it take over 15 minutes for two tots, a burger, and two drinks? While I was waiting I overheard the carhop telling other customers that their slush machine, shake machine, and hard ice cream machines were all down, along with being out of lemonade. This store is being terribly run. They need to have more than one carhop taking and running out orders this is not how you run a business

The sonic on brownswitch in slidell la is horrible. This place needs to be torn down. Nothing ever works screens or anything. If you want to try a new item they tell you we do not have it. Our food literally ice cold like they just took it out of the fridge and the fries were so cold and hard you break a tooth on it. Stay away from

The girls working got hit with a rush as we pulled up. After waiting just a few minutes we got our ice cream and the girl was extremely polite and thank see us for being patient! Will always return when in the area!
My order wasn't taken correctly was already having a bad day didn't feel like arguing with the server so just took the food n left
