This is absolutely horrible place to eat. We ordered a combo at this location and received a burned sandwich! I am pretty sure the worker seen how burnt it was and still slapped an chicken patty on it and said to the other worker, here they’ll never come back for another… this is upsetting especially after paying $20 worth of food and couldn’t enjoy it because the quality of food.

This is the worst sonic around town. My handicap parents went to this sonic ordered food. When the order came out incorrect they refused to fix their order and they called the cops on them and lied about my parents spitting on them. Because they wanted their money back after them refusing to fix their food. The management and the whole staff are very rude inconsiderate people. Will make sure to tell everyone I know to not go to this sonic. Horrible Horrible Horrible service. This location needs to be shut down last time I went to this specific location I had to wait 20 minutes before someone even took my order.

Tater tots are worth the trip. Took two times to get the chicken sandwich right but it was very good ?
I tried 3 different locations in Slidell La, and all 3 are awful. They forget things in the order or the order is brought out wrong. The chili cheese tots are always cold, the cheese doesn't even melt...2 locations. I go at noon so everything should be hot by then. Sonic has absolutely gone downhill. There are hardly any cars at lunch time anymore so something is clearly wrong!! Fix these issues please! I really used to love Sonic!

I just ordered a chicken club sandwich on my lunch hour. The person who took my order was yelling through the speaker, kept saying she couldn’t hear me. So, I repeated myself multiple times...ok, not a big deal. Left a tip because I always do. Got back to work with my sandwich. No chicken and lettuce that should have been thrown out. I’m taking this as an $8 lesson and will not be back. Rude service, chicken sandwich missing the main ingredient and lettuce with black edges. Come on...

The French fries were awful. Cold and lacked any taste! The hamburgers always are messed up as far as the condiments go. This order was no different. And the appearance of my burger was that of having look as if it someone sat in it.

This is usually a great Sonic to go to. Service is reasonable and people are generally very friendly and helpful. Today, however we were greeted by the most rude order taker that I have personally ever experienced in fast food in my life. She was extremely Kurt and sounded super mad just to be talking to us. She would constantly interrupt us while we were giving our order to ask us about the size or sides for our food, which we were getting to, but she would just straight up blurt out "SIDE" and "SAUCE" while we were ordering. My check number is 383577 if the owner wants to look into it.

I arrived at 8:13pm on 12/8/23 and pushed the button to order and was told "we can't take orders". I attempted to respond but the lady had already disconnected the intercom. We will NOT return to this location, or any sonic.
Better than the other Sonics in Slidell, but that's because the other Sonics are terrible. Charging over $5.00 for a BLT toaster is criminal. I can get the biggest breakfast sandwich at Wendy's for less than that.

The worst customer service I've every had. The management was terrible with resolving my problem. I ordered three different meals including a kids meal. All of my $40 of food was in the same 12llb bag including my kids meal. When I for a kids meal I wanted a kids meal. For my kid... . I'm from Texas so I asked if that's the way they do things here , and he had an attitude like a 15 year old girl giving her dad lip. I will definitely not be here again. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone I care about unless they wanted slop, but if they wanted slop I'm sure they would go to a pig farm. I'm not sure what happened to this particular sonic...

I’ve been during the day when I was the only car there and it took 20 mins to get one large drink…that is unacceptable. Staff doesn’t seem to care or have any urgency. Will not stop here anymore. Have given them enough chances.
