I was really enjoying the atmosphere initially when I entered this location and I was questioning the service at first because the lady at the register refused to give an elderly couple a drink of water ? ? but I didn't let that bother me too much so I brought a $20 gift card and offered to buy the elderly couple something to drink and eat although they refused to allow me to feed them they were happy to allow me to buy them a drink and in addition to that I brought my sister lunch with a cookie ? and a drink ? while she was taking a lunch break from school I'm proud of you Sissy Subway eat great now on the other hand I know that the lady at the register knew I wanted to get something to eat for myself but she ignored me and again I didn't let that get to me I stepped away outside and the elderly couple were exiting Subway and that's when my Mother noticed the elderly couple and informed me that the elderly Lady is my Godmother ? it's been soon long ? shortly after reconnecting with my Godmother I decided to give it one last attempt to get my sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long Sub and I was successful with ordering my Sub and had to pay EXTRA ? but I didn't let that get to me I just brought my Mother some cookies and she was happy ? however I was taking pictures and the lady at the register asked me what I was taking pictures for and I politely explained to her FOR GOOGLE REVIEWS with good intentions unfortunately she did not understand and insisted that I leave NOW at this point I am upset ? unfortunately I didn't understand why she was acting like I was doing something wrong but I paid for my food and more I was just taking pictures for the experience and now the special moments was ruined because I was just MISUNDERSTOODVegetarian options: Customer preferenceKid-friendliness: Kids meals available for kidsParking: Plaza parking spaces limitedWheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessibleDietary restrictions: Customer preference

The store is clean and the staff is friendly but the food did not taste very good. I got a foot long Subway Club on whole wheat and threw the other half away. Not sure if the products aren't fresh but I had a terrible stomach ache shortly after eating it. Quite disappointing.

Subway took my money for items that I ordered and when they forgot to give me the items are refusing to refund me nor give me the items even though I have the receipt and the supervisor admitted they didn't see the items on the order and did not give them to the driver. They then tried to blame the delivery company even though the order was placed on Subway.com and again they admitted they did not see nor give the driver the items. The store location is 199 Gause Blvd, Slidell, LA. Beware of ordering from this location as they are not above stealing and lying to both their customers as well as their vendors.

Got a footling double meat and double cheese turkey for my grandmother. The bread was cut very thin on the bottom of the sandwich. I got it not toasted but the meat and cheese heated. Lauren didn't use the correct tray. She used the 6 inch tray so all the meat and cheese wasn't spread out correctly so it was heated and melted correctly. When she took it out to put it on the sandwich she DID NOT spread ALL of it the correct full length of the sandwich. All of the cheese is just globbed on one half of the sandwich and not the whole sandwich. So I called back because my grandma wanted to see of they would mind making a new one the correct way because she wanted cheese the full length of the sandwich. The person that answered was rude and didn't seem to care that they messed up the food and that we paid for double cheese but yet have a sandwich that's half no cheese. The appropriate thing would have been to correct the mistake and make a new sandwich free of charge the correct way. So my suggestion at this location is either have the manager make the sandwich so you get a correct sandwich you pay for or go to a different location
