Rude beyond belief!!! The little girl with orange hair at this location was so rude when needing help with the app or coupon. She literally said I should leave if I can’t figure it out. The two grown men working just put their heads down as she humiliated me and said nothing. I nicely asked for the store manager or supervisor’s name and number or card. She said they had no card and scribbled down a fake number on a brown napkin and would not give me a name. Shame on all 3 of them and I will get the store manager’s contact info. I just hope they do something about her. I will never go back!

Bought 2 footlongs. My wife requested that they put her cheese on my sandwich. They refused. She then requested they put her cheese on the side. They complied. We then had to open both subs and do it ourselves. Come on Subway- what kind of customer service is that!!

My boyfriend & I always come here at least once a week! The young man in the evening that makes our sandwiches is super friendly, and basically remembers our orders!! Makes the sandwiches really well & is always a nice atmosphere.

Manager is a piece of work, Kelly definitely doesn't deserve to be the manager. She's rude and uncouth, constantly running to the back or the bathroom to smoke and I will be contacting corporate over the matter. Don't know if it will do any good. The only good worker there is Jessica. She is the only one I ever see working there. Not to mention the manager talks bad about her employees to customers. Talk about rude and unprofessional.

Stopped in to grab sandwiches on a road trip. I ordered two six in veggie sandwiches with no cheese but they were on different breads. When I went to pay, the cashier rang up the order as two six inches instead of one footlong veggie. I asked if it could be rung up as a footlong since we hardly got any veggies on the sandwiches, only difference was the breads. The male cashier said no because the bread. I've personally managed a subway restaurant for many years, and have never charged someone separately because of the bread selection in this scenario, especially for veggie sandwiches which is basically nothing. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service and process. Would not recommend this subway to anyone. Hopefully the owner will see this and train the staff on customer service.

honestly the greatest subway in slidell. i have been here many of times and even during some of the instances in which these negative reviews are talking about. most of the bad reviewers treated the staff with ZERO respect and expected the staff to accept the disrespect then complained when they don’t. they are amazing people and deserve the respect you expect.Vegetarian options: always has fresh and great veggies!Kid-friendliness: brought my baby and they were in AWE! they asked me if he needed anything and were amazing help when he got fussyParking: always has ample parking.

This has to be the worse Subway in Slidell. It seems as if this location is under new management/ownership because the previous management was extremely nice and professional. The young girls working are always rude, especially the red head. Yesterday my daughter and I visited this location. There was one customer ahead of us and another customer walked in a few minutes later. We were not address and the red head acknowledgement the customer just walking in. After giving the customer his online order she walked up the counter, looked at me and mumbled. I said “I’m sorry I can’t hear you.” She repeated herself yet still at a mumble. I attempted to tell her what I wanted to order. Gave her the first bread preference and before I could complete my sentence she interrupts by saying “just one.” I said I need to order four. She rudely says, well I need all the breads at once. I see where this is going so my daughter and I turn to leave. She yells out “and you have a great evening”, very sarcastically . Several words were exchanged at this point. As my daughter and I make it to the car the other worker with dark hair comes out of the establishment taking pictures of my daughter’s car, yelling profanities. The owner of this franchise should be proud to know that such rudeness, poor customer service, and a lack of professionalism is what represents your establishment.

The ladies working here are sweet and they always get my order right, but the store is perennially understaffed so the service time is SLOOOOOOW. Allow some extra time to get your order but tip them good because they are hustling. It's not their fault. They could use some help.
