Went inside to order and stood at the counter for awhile and then a young and rude and disrespectful young lady with an attitude said that I had to order from the Kiosk. I said that I would rather order at the counter where I could see the menu better. She immediately told me, with a bad attitude, that I had to order at the Kiosk anyway. I walked out and drove around to the drive thru and put in my order and I recognized her voice and nasty attitude immediately. I put in my order and pulled around to the window and there she stood again. I paid for my order and pulled around front to check the order and sure enough it was wrong. Went back inside and a young man argued with me that the order was wrong. After taking the entire order out on the counter he corrected the order. Wil absolutely never stop there again. Would like to know who owns this franchise.

Went there and couldn't order in person, had to use the machine and the lady behind the counter was quite rude about it.. Walked out and went to drive thru. Waited behind one car and when we get to order we are told can't order because they are having issues so we have to come back inside and order... NOPE ... Worst

I can't even describe how terrible the service here was. I've eaten at many Taco Bells and this place has served some of the worst fast food I've ever eaten. We ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and 4 burritos, two of them without cheese. When we received our food after waiting nearly 20 minutes, which is way longer than most Taco Bells make that kind of order, the beans were as dry as a desert and all of the burritos had cheese, which we specifically asked not to have. I highly suggest you avoid this place as we will be doing as well!

I always liked this location until now. I walked up to the counter and the employee told me to order on the kiosk. I didn't have my glasses and I needed help. She refused to take my order and wished me a good day. So I left and went across the parking lot to El Paso restaurant spent 70 dollars and made it a great day. I DO NOT recommend this location anymore!

Sheena is always very helpful every time we come to this location. I forgot to add that I wanted my burrito grilled and she was very attentive and grilled my burrito for me without even asking the name on the order. Mr Donnie is also always there and makes our food very well and hot and exactly how we order it. Love a place that is run well with great attitudes! Food is very important to me and this taco bell satisfies!
