The manager needs a lesson on customer service...I'm posting this review because the manager was so ugly and unprofessional.This Wendy's food is always fresh when I visit, and the drive-thru staff are pleasant..But today, my husband and I decided to dine in (had to use the restroom).We ordered our food, and I went to the ladies room. I almost slipped on the floor( water everywhere). The bathroom has a leak under the sink (I can see water dripping while washing my hands). In my mind I'm thinking an elderly person is going to fall.I get back to the register and asked the young man to speak with your manager.Soon as I said high, she was ugly ( I'm not sure what happened prior to me, but her disposition was ugly.I said there's water on the floor in the bathroom, I told her the ladies room, she didn't even let me finish my sentence she walked off while I was still speaking.. The young man at the register not knowing what to say.. Just Horrible!!.I'm wondering what's wrong with her.She never said I'll take care of it or anything. She walked off...We get our food, it's fresh, we're eating at the table we see her go to the ladies room wth a mop (no bucket), . She never put a sign warning customers the floor was wet..It's not good for business to treat concerned customers this way.P.S. Here is proof of time and day, so hopefully, the district manager can give her some sort of coaching..

This was the fastest drive through visit I have ever had. This store, Pontchartrain Dr. in Slidell was incredible. I usually visit the Hwy.25 store in Covington, and they are very good also, but this was amazing. The freshness, the friendliness, everything was piping hot, and WOW, they were so fast.

Ordered DoorDash didn’t take long at all but everything was cold…not warm…cold!! I also paid extra for shredded cheddar cheese (the main reason for my order) and got melted American cheese! I was very disappointed…if you don’t take pride in your work then quit!

WORST Wendy's in america!!!! Drive thru order taker sitting at a table with her boyfriend. Stood at the counter, entire place is dirty, for 5 min before the boyfriend got up and walked to the counter where he yelled for the front counter worker. He then went behind the counter looking around when about 5 min later the worker showed up. All employees had pants sagging below their butts. This place is pathetic and should be closed down.
