Absolutely terrible. Every time I try and go through they won’t answer the drive thru for several minutes and say they are out of many things on the menu. I have attempted going thru this Popeyes last week and this week and they say the drive thru is down. Will not be returning

NEVER NEVER AGAIN!! From the moment I drove up to the drive through. Customer service was horrible ( rude and NOT friendly ). I had to wait in the drive through for their friend to move out the drive through. I also had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. I will NOT be back!!!

We came in and there were a group of people that said they waited more than thirty minutes. It didn’t take that long for us, but they were having trouble keeping up. They were also missing some items from their menu, out of mac and cheese. They also messed up the order for wings and gave my son, Ghost pepper wings and not the garlic parmesan he ordered. That sucked. The kitchen seemed to be arguing and not working together. Not the best place to stop if you need a layover on a trip!
They never have chicken! Door dashed food missing 2 strips! All 4 sauces are missing. Didn't recieve a sweet tea. The chicken and wings I do have are cold and dry! This is a on going thing with this location and even gonzales location!

It was not crowded at all and I was able to sit as I chose. Cashier was attentive to my order request and filled it while I waited.The food was fresh and exactly as I would expect spicy chicken with the large red beans and rice to be.
