“Our caravan of four suvs with close to 20 folks pulled in at lunchtime. The sandwich artist was hard at working with the already full line.Ty..the SA never let a sign of worry show. He greeted each of us and made our meals as if we were each the only one there. As our crew made it through the line the doors continuously opened with many more customers filing into the line. Ty never once showed any agitation or sense of being overwhelmed. When asked he stated someone had called out but there's was relief otw. I have worked in the food industry for over 35 years and rarely have I ever seen an employee exhibit the level of professionalism as Ty did today and I hope that Subway acknowledges the awesome employee I had the pleasure of meeting today.
