I've eaten here twice. Both times, I was seated right away and the service was good. I have tried the Burrito Mexicano with Pork, the Enchiladas Rancheras, the Churros and the Cheesecake Chimichanga. -Burrito Mexicano: This was just so-so. It seemed hastily thrown together, but in the kitchen's defense, it was almost quitting time when we ordered. Very nice place to go for great Mexican food!!! I had the steak fajita taco salad and I give it five stars because they don't offer ten. Service was on time and very friendly. It was a little off the road, but they had plenty of parking and were well worth the trip!

I will give El Tapatio another try, but the first experience was just OK. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't fantastic. I would have liked things to be better seasoned. That said, I understand Mexican restaurants have to cater to the average American palate. Service was great, our waitress was on top of things from the beginning. We had little to no wait for anything we needed.
