i just have to give credit where credit is due, I work in Sulphur some days out the week and this Grab n Geaux I go in regularly and it’s never different the environment is always welcoming and nice! the blonde cashier is by FAR the nicest worker i have ever encounter at ANY grab N geaux. She is doing great!!

I normally visit gas stations all over the state. But the food here is well above par. The brisket is nice and tender and the barbecue from the smokehouse is great. Give it a chance when you travel here.

This review is TOTALLY based on Grab and Geaux’s convenience store’s franchise’s, Versus ALL other Convenience/Franchises stores in Sulphur/Lake Charles, La. area’s. After using Grab and Geaux for couple years, I started utilizing other Convenience Stores. After this, I started questioning other people about their experience with Grab and Geaux versus other convenience stores in our area. Based on extensive use and talking to other patrons, the TOTAL CONCUSSION is that the others don’t RIP you off with HIGH PRICES that Grab and Geaux does. Sorry to say but this franchise’s PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH versus ALL OTHER CONVENIENCE STORES. I’m telling this to help stop the flim/flam this organization is definitely doing to our patrons. If you don’t believe me, talk to others or go for yourself and purchase “anything” from both. That will tell you all you need to know.

The manager Malin and the Employee Carmen Lane I caught them get into a car on the property about to get in the back seat together after they closed early on a Monday night around 9pm I really think this is nasty and bad for business

I went into this location a few weeks ago and the service was amazing! I was greeted upon entering and treated respectfully throughout my visit. The young man that prepared my meal was so polite and patient. He made sure to ask specific questions about preparing my meal that truly customized my entire experience. He listened carefully to all of my request and did not ever rush me or make me feel rushed. He was very attentive and the area where food was being prepared was kept very clean, from what I could see. The brisket was very tender and seasoned perfectly! I haven't had the opportunity to visit this location again but I will most definitely make my way back. Thank you Mr. Thomas for providing me with such superior customer service, that has been so hard to come by lately. It was a very refreshing experience.
