Came for the crawfish and left hungry. I ordered 3 pounds of crawfish and my husband got 2 clusters of crab legs and 1 pound of shrimp. My crawfish was flavorless. I sent it back and maybe 5 minutes later it was brought back out with seasoning on the outside but still no flavor in the meat. 2 waitresses even tried them and said they were bland. My husband said his food was good and had good flavor but his shrimp was a little over cooked. Our waitress was great, was very understanding, and apologetic.

Holliers is awesome! They fix whatever I ask for even if it’s not exactly a typical menu item and that’s amazing when you’re a picky eater or you have picky eaters with you. They’re always very accommodating and they make sure that what allergies I have are taken into consideration so I never get sick from there.

The boudin and poboys were pretty good. However the cracklins were very disappointing. No seasoning at all, and tasted like old grease. Service is pretty slow ever time I go too.

I was surprised some o da food was warm , after I returned to my table I took a bite o my rice and shrimp gravy learned I put gravy and shrimp on cold rise,no more said !
