I stopped by Hollier's on my way from New Orleans to Houston. I was looking for authentic Cajun food, and I could not have been happier with my choice. The food was delicious and their service was even better. On my way out, I purchased their homemade Cajun seasoning. I wish I had purchased more than one.

First time here and it did not disappoint! The seafood buffet looked amazing, however we weren't in the mood for seafood. We started with fried pickles. Yum! Then I got the burger which was so good! And my husband got the chicken fried steak sandwich with a side of white gravy that he put on top of the steak. He loved it. Our waitress was so nice and friendly. She was so sweet to our son who kept insisting on ketchup. If you are in Sulphur, I definitely recommend this restaurant. I wish they had one in Moss Bluff!

It's okay, buffet not worth the cost. Do better ordering off the menu. Tried the buffet once and I'll never get it again. Ran out of food so many times and by the time they put put fresh food I was ready to go.

My husband ran in expecting to be turned away as it was nearly closing time -- but he was welcomed in and able to make a to-go box from the buffet, buy a jar of pickles and container of Cajun season, and leave a tip...for $20 total. He said everything tasted great!

In town fishing and wanted some Cajun food to start the trip. It did not disappoint. We got the mild Boursin to start. It is mild but still has a tiny kick. Then got the Buffet. They were switching to the dinner Buffet at 2pm. It seemed to be about the same foods. Good variety and good flavor. Nothing seemed to have mild flavor, everything had really good flavor. And they do have dessert with the Buffet. Our waitress was very nice and attentive as well as the whole staff. It's worth a try!

Very unprofessional. Went to this establishment with a small party (4 families but one paid for their drinks and left shortly after we arrived). We sat down, ordered our drinks, RECEIVED our drinks, and then put in our food orders. After we ordered, a soccer team gets placed in the same room, this soccer team we had just beat in the semi-finals game for our league. An hour and a half (roughly) after we sat down, the waitress for the other team comes over to our table and asks us to move. My table responds that we are with the similarly dressed table and that that is our party. The lady then moves and asks once again for us to move. Our party collectively left the establishment as we all felt this was incredibly unprofessional of that waitress. When we made it to the hostess stand, we learned that the waitress hadn't brought it up with anyone as the hostesses and our own waitress were confused on why we were leaving.The other team had nothing on their tables; no food, no drinks, only their menus. Would not recommend for out of town folks or families of visiting sports teams.Edit: I would like to point out that it was just parents, sisters, and little brothers. No players were with us and no boys young/old enough to be mistaken for players.
