The first clue that the food was going to suck should have been the bad attitude from the woman taking our order ! It's a 20 minute wait sir ! The chicken was OLD ! It was so dry you couldn't choke it down with a gallon of milk. Was it fried or dehydrated ? The corn was gross and chewy. The only thing we could eat was the potatoes. We couldn't even eat the biscuit with it. When you spend $42 for dinner and you only eat potatoes, there is something seriously wrong ! I would expect better quality food for that price. We would have done better to get chicken from Krogers. At least it would have been cheaper and edible. This is definitely not a case of get what you paid for. All I got was fricken potatoes !

I'm from Baton Rouge where there's 0 good KFCs near me so I decided to give this location a shot. Yall best get down here! Hot, delicious chicken, cold, refreshing coleslaw, moist biscuits and prompt, courteous service. I read the bad reviews and was hesitant to come but after coming here let me encourage yall to appreciate what yall have and give them a second chance. The one where I live has sold me hot, rancid coleslaw more than once and is often out of chicken breast! The staff works like a well oiled machine and Glennisha is at the register to serve. She told me about the deals and made sure to drop ketchup and honey packs in my bag. She treated every customer we saw her interact with in a respectful manner making them laugh and serving then promptly. Ma'am you are a treasure. Thank you for your help and kindness!

STAY Away from KFC!The lady who took our order last night was completely unprofessional! She never gave us our receipt, was very rude, no straws in the bags, it was a take out order. Also the lady assumed we wanted mash potatoes but never asked us what side we wanted. On top of that they had no customers at the drive thru or the store. It was completely dead and we went at 7 pm. When we arrived home the chicken was burned. It was disgusting. No wonder this business is failing. Nobody wanted to eat the food we brought over so we had to order pizza from domino's. We had visitors that came over, pretty embarrassing not only for myself but for kfc as a franchise. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I was there a week ago and all was great. This time the chicken sucked. I ordered original that was so dark I thought she hour the order wrong, and gave me crispy. If it's going to be hit or miss, I'll just go somewhere else.

At the drive thru, no one answd; there were no customers; I saw thru the window one of the employees sitting at a table eating; I went inside and clearly ordered 2 3pc white boxes with 2 side. We are traveling and opted to go further down the road and picnic. Imagine my surprise when I found both were dark meat which we dispise! We were very disappointed.I can't see your business surviving at this rate!
